First Impressions
Yonder Coffee features roasters across the US and each month features at least one international roaster as well. An extension of Yonder's Global Roaster Subscription, this cafe features fantastic filter coffee, an extensive tea list, and a full espresso menu. They operate as a permanent popup inside The Daily Beer Bar, which serves craft beer, natural wine, and really great sandwiches and salads starting at noon each day. The whole program feels really well curated and their retail shelves are full of treasures worth exploring.
I may be a bit biased. This is my (Caleb's) first cafe—inspired by my favorite elements of the other spots I've encountered in my travels.
