First Impressions
Coffee Wrights opened their first cafe a few years back in the Sangenjaya neighborhood of Tokyo. It's this tiny little space that welcomes you into what almost feels like the owner's living room. Yuki Mune worked in coffee for a long time, most notably as head roaster at Blue Bottle Japan. She opened this space to connect more intimately with both the coffee itself and the people who drink it. When I visited Tokyo for the first time last year, Coffee Wrights was absolutely one of my favorite experiences.
